I call this a "challenge" because this program is meant to help you challenge yourself - but in a safe place where you can get all the support from me and the community doing the same program alongside you.

You'll challenge yourself to push harder in the workouts. You'll challenge yourself to make healthier choices, even when they're not the easier choices. And you'll challenge yourself to prioritize yourself, and put yourself first (perhaps for the first time in a long while).

And while there is a "winner" of the Challenge, I'd love for you to look at this challenge as a group effort, where you can get all the support and accountability you need from myself and the other challengers to finally reach your goals.

Each challenge is always a little different! After all, these are "Accountability Challenges" more than just "weight loss challenges". The goal is to help you implement and follow a program over a 30-day period by holding you accountable to daily actions, and weekly check-ins.

That's the true power behind these challenges, and the people who see the BEST results are usually the ones who lean most into that accountability process (just like with my coaching clients).

The focus on this challenge in particular is going a little more aggressive (within sustainable limits) to get an extra edge before summer time.

You'll be getting a new workout routine specifically for that goal, too!

Most of my nutrition philosophies don't change from challenge to challenge – nor should they, since that would make it super hard for you to continue making progress AFTER the challenge.

You can do the workouts either at home or at a gym - we have a full plan for either option! (This is especially good if you're just busy andΒ  can't make it to the gym, so you'll be able to get a workout in no matter where you are or what time you have.)

In fact, you'll get access to a dumbbell plan as well as an exercise-bands-only version of the plan, so you'll be able to follow the workout any where you need to!

When you commit to this program and follow both the diet and the workout parts, you'll start to see results fairly quickly. Some people see results by the end of the very first week (though of course, everyone is different and results are entirely up to you and if you follow the program, as well as how much work you put into it).

That said, I'd like to encourage you to approach this as a lifestyle change, and think about it with a long-term mentality. This is a marathon, not a sprint - but when you implement the dieting framework and push yourself in the workouts, you'll see noticeable changes in the mirror within the first month.

This is different in a couple major ways... First is that it's designed to help you lose weight by fitting fitness and dieting into your existing lifestyle (instead of making fitness and dieting the center of everything). Second, it's designed with built-in flexibility, so you don't have to feel like you're restricting yourself or not able to have the things you want.
