I had always known that willpower was an important component of success, but I have never before dug into the science behind it. This book explains what willpower is, how it works, and why it matters.
The Power of Now
The Power of Now has been one of the biggest influences in my life. In this book, Eckhart Tolle explains how all we have is the present moment. We spend so much time working towards the future that we neglect being present.
The truth is that all we will ever have is “the Now”, and you have the power to choose whether you accept it or resist it.
The Harry Potter Series
J. K. Rowling
I am not really into fiction, but the Harry Potter books are definitely an exception. These books are what first got me into reading.
They are super easy to read and the story is fantastic all the way through. Even if you’ve seen the movies, these books are sure to provide hours of enjoyment and entertainment for any age.
