What has been your biggest struggle with losing weight and achieving your fitness goals? 

Hitting my nutrition goals, especially the protein. 

What made you want to change? 
I wanted to be more fit and lose fat. I never had my "dream body," because I never thought it was possible. I wanted to see what I could achieve by investing in myself.
What was your biggest concern before you began working with me? How did you overcome it?
Being consistent was a major concern because of my crazy work/school schedule, but I also found out I give my self a hard time when I miss a day workout.
so I set a schedule for myself and dedicated certain times to workout. Sometimes it didn't always pan out, but I have learned to focus on consistently doing my best even when things don't go my way.
What was the hardest thing for you to change in order to succeed? How did you do it?

I used to eat out a lot, and I used to snack on unhealthy snacks with no sense of control. Now, when I do go out, I make better choices, and tracking my food really helped me control it better.

 

It was kinda hard first, but then I learned that I control food and not that other way around.

What was the lowest point of your journey? How did you overcome it? 
That'd be when I had finals and, you know, things didn't go as planned. What helped me was staying focused on doing my best each day and not letting things outside of my control get to me. 
Did you achieve what you initially set out for? Was there anything positive you achieved that you didn't expect?
Yeah! I achieved my weight goal, and then some. I now know how to track my meals and I know how to structure my workouts.
One more thing I achieved is the confidence while working out at the gym. I used to be terrified of working out in front of the mirrors next to those shredded people... so thats a bonus.
Looking back, was working with me what you thought it would be? Do you feel you made the right decision?
Definitely, yes! I knew I had accountability issues with myself, so having to report to someone else worked well for me. Also, I never knew what workouts I should do or how I should combine them, so signing up with you was a major step forward for me.
I get a sense of accomplishment every time I finished working out, the workouts were great and always on-point!
What was your favorite part of about working with me?

Definitely the accountability. The diet & exercise strategies we followed were simple, but your support helped me stay consistent! My goal right now is to built tons of muscle, especially glutes and abs. I know this might include gaining some weight, and I am completely fine with that. 

What are your future health and fitness plans?
