What has been your biggest struggle with losing weight and achieving your fitness goals? 

Believing I could do it. I never had the faith that I could lose weight. 

What made you want to change? 

I I couldn’t walk out my front door without feeling that people had eyes on me. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. 

What was your biggest concern before you began working with me? How did you overcome it?

How it was gonna work with an online coach. It worries me but I just trusted it would go well. 

What was the hardest thing for you to change in order to succeed? How did you do it?

Finding the right balance and letting myself enjoy food.

What was the lowest point of your journey? How did you overcome it? 

I think my lowest point was when I'd get nervous that I wouldn't be able to overcome this on my own.

Did you achieve what you initially set out for? Was there anything positive you achieved that you didn't expect?

I’m on my way to achieving my goals every day. I feel more comfortable in my skin. 

What are your future health and fitness plans?

My future goal is an immediate one. I want to maintain what we’ve been doing back at home and adjust to my new environment!
