  1. Set one number-based goal to achieve by the end of this program. (Remember, an ideal rate of weight loss is losing .5-1% of your total body weight per week, on average.)
  2. Set two action-baed goals to achieve by the end of this program. (examples: learn how to maintain your weight without tracking, learn how to program your own workouts, etc.)
