Welcome to the Summer Shed Challenge!
If you're on this page, it means you secured your spot in the challenge, and will be joining us LIVE over the next month as I show you exactly how to lose weight for good using simple strategies that are easily adaptable into any lifestyle.
All your challenge resources & downloads are below.
Take the time to read through them before we get started here – it won't take long (I tried to make them as short, concise, and actionable as possible).
On top of that, I'll be here to answer any/all questions you have both via email ([email protected]) as well as in the private Challengers' Facebook Group HERE.
For now, the most important thing to do is to check your email for the 'Welcome' email from me...
The subject line should say this:
[Shed] Welcome to Summer Shed!Â
Make sure you got that, and that it's in your "Primary" inbox (if you're using Gmail). If it's not, then either add my email ([email protected]) to your contacts, and/or drag my email into the Primary tab of your inbox to ensure it filters future emails I'll be sending you into the correct tab.
I'll be emailing frequent (almost daily) lessons during this challenge, on top of the check-in emails at the end of each week. You won't want to miss anything!

Use this calculator to determine your maintenance and deficit calorie range for weight loss
Calculator Notes:
For this Challenge, you'll be using the Maintenance Calories and the 30% Deficit Calories. The idea is to hit the 30% deficit five days per week, and eat at maintenance the other two days.
This ensures you're hitting your Weekly Deficit (i.e. the most important thing) conducive to weight loss, while also accounting for real life - like going out on the weekends, getting takeout, having some drinks, etc.
